InsyaAllah.

CeritEra

Trust Allah. Believe in yourself.

Love so much Maher Zain's top song "InsyaAllah".

Everytime listening to this song, i started to remember my old fren, "M", her beloved hubby passed away due to liver cancer while she was just 40days delivered their 6th child.
Respect sgt2 kat dia sebab M sgt kuat & tabah meneruskan kehidupannya. She once told me that "he left me a very successful busines empire & wang ringgit yang melimpah ruah, but it can't replace him, i missed him so much"....

So frens, kita selalu rasa kita susah, kita give up dgn ujian Allah, tetapi masih ramai lagi yg diuji lebih teruk dari kita.

Yakinlah pd Allah. InsyaAlah ada jalannya.

Everytime you feel like you cannot go on

You feel so lost

That your so alone

All you is see is night

And darkness all around

You feel so helpless

You can’t see which way to go

Don’t despair and never loose hope

Cause Allah is always by your side
Insha Allah x3

Insya Allah you’ll find your way

Everytime you commit one more mistake

You feel you can’t repent

And that its way too late

Your’re so confused, wrong decisions you have made

Haunt your mind and your heart is full of shame
Don’t despair and never loose hope

Cause Allah is always by your side

Insha Allah x3

Insya Allah you’ll find your way

Insha Allah x3

Insya Allah you’ll find your way

Turn to Allah

He’s never far away

Put your trust in Him

Raise your hands and pray

OOO Ya Allah

Guide my steps don’t let me go astray

You’re the only one that showed me the way,

Showed me the way x2

Insyaallah x3

Insya Allah we’ll find the way

Langit tidak selalunya cerah - alkisah maid (pembantu rumah)

CeritEra

Kalau dibukukan pengalaman kami berurusan & menggunakan khidmat pembantu rumah since 2002, I bet, ketebalan buku tu nanti agaknya blh kalahkan buku Tun M "A Doctor In The House"...hehehe...

Since my only greatest maid (Nur from Kalimantan) left us and back to Indon for good in last March, we had enganged with few agents for maid application.

2011 Story 1:

We started with Sabahan agent named "Kak Sara" who claimed can provide Sabahan maid with the cost of 4K. Oh ya, we know her from my friend (he works at same company with me) and he managed to get his one earlier in Nov last year. Actually we paid Kak Sara "deposit" 2K in January (trough cheque deposit) and she promised to delivered the maid in early March. We were waited until mid February and felt something wasn't right when we failed to get in touch with her. So I called up my fren and was surprised that Kak Sara actually has gone with the all the money! To make it hotter, her trick became a story in Harian Metro newspaper without we realised it! Ya Allah, kena itupu rupanya kami ni...

2011 Story 2:

Nur is going back in March but later who will look after my children? Kami discussed with Nur and she agreed to continue her contract till next year....pheww lega masa tu. So then we sent her to KLIA with tears and bye2 to her with hope that she will be coming back after a month holiday. Langit tidak selalunya cerah. Nur sms me to say that she couldnt keep her promise coz she's going to marry in May/June. OMG. We sent our kids to Daycare including the schooling kids for transit.

In April, a friend recommended an agent named "Kak Shiela", a malaysia lady who is married to an Indon man. She looked very convincing, in fact my friend's cousin & brother in law pun dealing with Kak Shiela and they already had received their maid with 5K total cost. So kami pun bayarlah 2.5K for deposit. Masa nak duit tu bukan main lagi Kak Shiela mintak nak cepat coz nak uruskan cepat di Indon & kononnya kesian sgt kt kami takde maid. Tunggu punya tunggu tiada khabar berita and until to date no word from her.

2011 Story 3:

Meanwhile, we also tried cari diff source, nak jd cerita, another friend proposed a direct Indon agent who can supply fast delivery maid. Sgt desperator kan kami ni kan? Memikirkan anak2 yg ramai and rumah yg mcm tongkakng pecah, Kak Shiela yg diam seribu bahasa, kami pun setujulah ambil maid from an Indon agent name "Iwan". Hri yg ditunggu pun tiba, 26th May malam Iwan sent dis very innocent girl named Puji. 1st time tengok pun nampak ok tanpa disedari yg dia ini sgt licik. argghh.... esoknya disebabkan mslh negotiation byran dgn Iwan yg tiada solution (Iwan mintak full amount ie 5K), kami bercadang utk return Puji to Iwan. Masa tu Puji siap menangis2 merayu nak kerja dgn kami, atas dasar simpati, kami pujuk Iwan to allow us pay 3K only for deposit. Closed deal, Puji worked with us with helah and kamalasan yg sgt kritikal. 1st June, Puji suddenly told me that actually she had no intention pun nak keje kt Masia....OMG, what the heck la Puji ckp semua ni.....told her that i need to talk to Iwan who has returned to Indon on 31st May,... on the 2nd June, pegi keje hati tak sedap sgt, tried so many times calling home but no one pickup - as my kids all sent to daycare for school break program. Afternoon, managed to talk to my eldest dotter and she told me that Puji has disappeared! Ya Allah, kena tipu lagi ke kami ni.... rushed home and finally we found her nearby our housing area. Know what, dia curi basikal anak, pusing merayau from 10.30 and been caught by the security guard, mcm kena reman gitu until we back at 2.30pm and tanya2 kat guard... Benci nya tengok muka dia, sgt selamba and muka mcm x bersalah! Sent her to the middle man while waiting for Iwan to come here. Pulangkah Iwan nanti? dah cuba hubungi pun x dpt.

Now we enjoyed our life better than without the maid. Sgt havoc with 6 kids, sedih kenangkan duit2 yg entah dpt balik entah tidak, but we feel happier. Truly.

Hurmmm.....in total, we have spent 7.5K...masalah maid di Msia ni saya kira dah sgt meruncing...working mum mcm saya ni sgt desperator perlukan maid.....tetapi selalu sgt org ambil kesempatan pd kami. Indonesian keluar masuk ada permit ke, takde permit ke, PATI ke, bebas berseronok di Msia sedangkan kami dh byk kerugian. Rakyat Msia mana nak keje jd maid, hina kot pd mereka, anak2 gadis lebih suka berpeleseran, habiskan duit ibubapa, ataupun kerja kilang, more freedom kan. Kerajaan Malaysia tidak tegas mengatasi mslh PATI, Msia terlalu baik, berlembut atas dasar kemanusiaan konon, Msia tidak seperti Singapura. Msia tidak prihatin melindungi hak kami sbg majikan, lebih prihatin and kesian pd Indon2 yg menyeludup masuk, yg permainkan kami majikan, yg perlekehkan undang2 Msia. Kerajaan juga dilihat kurang ambil berat mslh kekurangan tenaga pekerja di Msia, create lah incentive utk generasi muda to encourage them menjana ekonomi negara. Maybe lantik MARA sbg pusat latihan utk "pembantu rumahtangga", mana tau bila generasi muda ini dilatih, mahir, Msia siap boleh export mereka ini utk bekerja pula diluar negara. Kerjaya "pembantu rumahtangga" ini sebenrnya punya potensi besar utk berkembang.... mmmmm
