Alahai Bank Islam




CeritEra.

Seboleh2nya saya tak maulah share cerita ni tapi en.suami kata kadang pengalaman kita boleh jadi iktibar utk org lain.
- Pada 16th March 2009 (Monday), saya sekeluarga nak pi Sungai Klah Hot Springs. On the way, we dropped by at Public Bank Bidorto withdraw some money. Malas nak kuar kereta so, saya suh en. suami yg withdraw. Nak jadi cerita, transaction failed, but the accounce balance deducted RM200. Aiyoo... susah ini mcm.
Saya pun pegilah masuk ke Public Bank Bidor office, made a report and also then called Bank Islam call centre, logged same report.
- The following day 17th March adalah Bank Islam called saya & inform that it will took 14 days to process the report.
Pelik betul lah nape lama sgt. So saya call Public Bank Bidor ask for clarification. Person in charge kata kena tunggu transaction report.
- Geram betul, sebagai customer saya yang kejar depa, bkn depa jaga kita... eeee... both parties lak berdolak dalih...
- Almost every day call Public Bank Bidor ask them to expedite the process but the officer pulak cuti 3 hari... Aikkk,,,, if sorang cuti, yg lain tak boleh backup ke?
- On the 24th March Public Bank Bidor officer called me and said they have submitted the report to MEPS & Bank Islam.
- bank Islam buat tak kisah je case ni. Mungkin sebab saya bkn org kaya yg deposit duit juta2 dlm bank dia org kot... depa ni bila kita lambat byr loan bkn main charge late interest, tapi depa lmbt pulang duit kita, sbg customer blh tak ye kita impose yg sama? Bank Negara kena alert la banks yang angkuh mcm Bank Islam ni.
- On 27th March, dah tahan sgt, saya pergi Bank Islam branch menara TM, minta officer dia check. He said on 20th March they will reimburse.... Mmm... on the 30th March, habuk pun tarak.... teruk betullah... tawar hati jadinya.
- About two weeks after log a report, today, finally i got back my 200 ringgits.... Mmmm
