Eee.. kembang anak tekak kalian kan.
Lucnh time tadi saya dan 2 org rakan ( F dan H) pergi ke Pizza Hut Bangsar. Si F order spaghetti meatball while myself & H ordered Combo set (pizza + prawn spaghetti).
Kami dpt air & soup dulu, then came our soup. Minum & makan the garlic bread sambil borak.
Bila dpt her meal, F baru je rasa the spaghetti sikit..suddenly she saw a dead coacroach in the meal...! See the picture taken using my HP... disgusting..!
We asked the Pizza Hut Bangsar waitress about the coacroach and no one say sorry. Instead, she deliver our pizza to us. Kami minta dia panggil branch manager of Pizza Hut Bangsar.
We managed to talk to the manager. Kita komplen la cleanliness issue. Initially dia pun tak ckp sorry... muka poyo habis.. bila kami argue2.. then dia cakap sorry. Manager Pizza Hut Bangsar tu siap cakap they have a very good QC... n he twist the story pulak... saying that the coacroach mungkin dtg dari packaging of the spaghetti sauce yg Pizza Hut beli from the supplier... .dah lah tak mohon maaf, susah sangat nak admit salah mereka.
Teruk betul la Pizza Hut Malaysia / Bangsar. Pengotor.
Thanx 4 ur complain...will bring this matter up to the GM...Really appreciate it...
