Seorang rakan selalu mengadu yang dia rasakan 24jam tak cukup utk dia.. We both agreed that we spend most of our time in work rather than appreciate our family time.
May be we shall consider these :

1. Working Environment
- in general we would spend almost 11 hours for work related things
- in 11 hours, we spend almost 2-3 hours for travelling - home-office-home
- we have remaining 8 hours to be stationed in office
- however, we may need almost 2 hours for break - lunch & prayre time
- everyday, we actually only have 6 hours to perform our job to meet the deadline!
- how about internet surfing time? emailing? blogging? where can we fit in those things?

2. Family time
- we only have approximately 13 hours to spend with family
- however we may need up to 6 hours for night sleep
- only 7 hours allocated to the family
- but our kids need more hours to sleep which 2 hours more than adult
- end up, we only have 5 hours time with them
- does it actually 5 hours and is it enough time for us to be with them?
- in total how many days we spend time with family in a year?
